You can view your GP health record using the NHS app or NHS account online. You can watch this helpful Youtube video on setting up your NHS app on your mobile device.

For full access to the NHS app you will need to complete an registration form which you can collect from our front reception desk. We will ask you to bring a form of I.D with you as we will need to take a copy of this before providing you with your online credentials which you can input in the app which will set you up to be able to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view your medical record.
